Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start on our free plan with no credit card. Your account stays active; message and crawl limits reset each usage period. Upgrade anytime for higher limits and paid features.
How does the chatbot learn my website?
Enter your site URL and we crawl your public pages. Content is indexed so the widget can answer visitor questions from your real site text — not generic AI guesses.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or renew from your admin Subscription page. Paid renewals extend your billing period; usage limits reset on their own schedule when the usage month ends.
What happens when I hit my limits?
Visitor messages, crawls, websites, and add-ons depend on your plan. When a limit is reached, we show an upgrade prompt — you can move to a higher plan to continue.
Billing period vs usage period — what’s the difference?
Billing period is how long your paid plan runs (paid plans only). Usage period is when monthly counters (messages, crawls, etc.) reset. Early renewal can extend billing without resetting usage until that month ends.
How many websites can I add?
Each plan sets a maximum number of chatbots/websites. Free and paid tiers differ — check the plan comparison on this page or in your dashboard before adding another site.
Can I teach the bot custom answers?
On supported plans, use Teach AI to add Q&A pairs and optional document uploads so the assistant can answer beyond what was crawled from your site.
How do payments work?
Paid plans checkout securely via Razorpay. After payment, your subscription activates and billing dates update in the admin panel. Free plan activation does not require payment.
